farm show pull
    being a lifetime new englander it is always a pleasure to attend a horsepull like the one at the farm show. they call a team and they get right to the boat and hitch on unlike most new england pullers who take there sweet time about it. It makes for a much more entertaining class.

A ringmaster might be the answer to your problem of slow moving pullers...maybe you could volunteer. Also, you could suggest that the club or association that is putting the pull on would impose the time limits. For example, once your name is called you have 2 minutes to have your team hooked to the sled, 1 minute for your 2nd pull and 2 minutes for your 3rd. The only thing about the time limits, you MUST enforce if for all of the pullers and not just the ones that you want. But, just a suggestion!
