How can you choose..But I would have to say that Jo-Jo's pull(KY DRAFT HORSE & MULE CLASSIC)on June 6th at 11am, in Bowling Green KY is one of the best pulls out there. Lots of horses and you can watch anything from ponies to mules pull..Just a great day of pulling all the way around.

I WOULD SAY FIRST JO JO'S AND SECOND THE KENTUCKY STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN LOUISVILLE. OUR MID-WINTER PULL IN VERSALLIES IS ALLSO A GOOD ONE.

I would say the Michigan Great Lake Pull is Probly the best pull to see alot of teams around the us come to to see this pull. I would have to dis agree on the pull in Versallies being a good pull i seen more horses on caffine in that pull then any other. Some of those horses didn't even have a mind at that pull this winter. But Yoder And Hatfield Pair and keagans pair were bout the only ones that weren't rigging wet and wern't out of control.

MOST OUT OF CONTROL HORSES WOULD BE UNDER CONTROL WITH THE RIGHT BIT. IT'S HARD TO HOLD A 2000 POUND ANIMAL WITH A SLICK BIT.

The Michigan Great Lakes International Pull is a fantastic pull. However, the state of Kentucky has the greatest horses and the greatest horsemen. The Lakeside Arena Pull in Versailles started 2009 off to a great start. It was a great crowd pleaser to see a team of horses win the heavy weight that did not cost over $100k. Brown, Jones & Powell support the Kentucky horsepulls and it is the young men like them that all states need to have horsepulling in the future. They work hard and deserve the win. Will Jones has surely made his grandfather Herbert Gilkison proud. Yoder & Hatfield's team was no more in control than any of the other teams there. If they had been maybe they would have had a distance on the last load.

I was at the Mid Winter pull, the Yoder & Hatfield pair was not out of control from what i could see. They handled fine, the young horse stepped on the rope. Im sure that has happened to lost of horse pullers before. I thought it was a great contest.
