It sad that two individuals that have contributed so much to the sport of horse pulling are having their reputations tarnished on this form. This form was created to promote not only the sport, but also those who contribute to it. Not destroy the sport or individuals involved in it. I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but can confidently surmise that this is not how Bill intended or envisioned how this board would be used. When someone posts these types of attacks, you are putting Bill in between a rock and a hard place. Insulting or attacking person integrity should never be taking lightly. I do not know either of these two gentlemen, but respect all that they have both done for the sport and what has Tom done for St. Jude’s. I would respectfully ask that Bill remove this posting. Rick

Rick, I've been watching this board very intently. I believe the original post to be informational which is one of the objectives of the message boards. The boards are also meant to stimulate conversation and allow people to express an opinon. I believe all the posts after the original would fall under that criteria. As we all know conversations an opinions are welcome as long as they don't get too personal, use foul language or express thoughts or opinions that could be detrimental to horsepulling. I think that it can be argued that some of the posts were walking a thin line here. However because this dispute is in regards to a situation that most of us know little or nothing about I can't see that the posts do anything to instruct or promote a positive flow of conversation therefore I have decided to delete most of the posts regarding this subject. Thank You Bill Torrey
