Glen and Terry

For whom it may concern, if it is anybodies business. You have to remember that Chris works for me, me meaning Terry Yoder. Chris goes to the pulls I ask him to go to. So if I wanted to be at the last two I would have been there. So lets just clear the air as to why I was not there. Our daughter had a baby May 21st, which came one month early. And that is why we were not in Pennsylvania. Baby and mom are fine. As for JoJo's pull I was in the hospital getting test for some health issues I am having and my wife was fighting a kidney stone. There is no one out there that supports and loves horse pulling more then me and my wife. We do our part with contributions to the Eastern Draft, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky Blue Grass and Florida Pulls. Maybe some people should spend more times supporting the pulls and not worry about who is there and who is not. Uno, If you would give me your personal email I will be glad to inform you when I will attend a pull if it is any of your business. Trust me, I am getting an itch to pull and I will be at a pull soon. To answer another question about Smuck. You can drive by and see him in the pasture and he looks as good as any 2 year old.

Terry & Glen, Congratulations on the birth of your Grandchild on May 21st. I hope that Glen is better from her kidney stone and that your health issues have been resolved. Your donation was the second one that I received this year and all of us appreciate your continued sponsorship. We are always happy for the years you are able to attend and understand perfectly well that there are years when you won't be able to attend. We had a great pull and had the best crowd that we ever had. Not everyone is able to come every year and not everyone wants to come every year. We were certainly happy for the teams that came and all the support we received. Thank you again for your donation and continued support. JoJo

With all due respect to Mr. and Mrs. Yoder and their phenomenal support of the sport of horse pulling, I don't think that is what people were referring to at JoJo's pull. The crowd was just surprised that anyone with pulling horses would drive to Mississippi to pull ponies when they could drive less than an hour and pull horses in an cooled facility. But, then there was talk that he was trying to sell some ponies and spend time with his family. People were surprised that he wasn't there to support Jojo since he usually did the calcutta auctions for the pull. I asked her about it and she said she had plenty of help and was fine. There were some people that thought he was going to bring George Sandefur's horses so that he could see them pull and thought that he was disappointed. But, all in all no one seemed to care he wasn't there, just surprised. I guess that hired man has gone back east and the neighbors say there isn't anyone to work the horses unless Mr. Sanderfur sends his hired man up, so that would be a reason not to bring them. But, as Mr. Yoder says, it isn't any of our business and my husband said it was as good a pull as he had ever seen there and everything went smooth.
